The Hayloft features a good sized kitchen diner with oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware, as well as a good range of saucepans, cooking pots and kitchen utensils.

The lounge has plenty of seating, widescreen TV, DVD player and french windows to patio and rear garden area. There is also a downstairs toilet. The large main bedroom has an en-suite shower room, with the second double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom which features a shower over a full-sized bath. All towels and bedding supplied. Patio has picnic table with westerly views over the fishing pond and the Lincolnshire Wolds.
