The kitchen diner has an oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. There is a generous provision of crockery, cutlery and glassware, along with a good selection of saucepans, cooking pots and kitchen utensils.

The lounge has ample seating with widescreen TV, DVD player and french windows to patio and rear garden area. Off the kitchen there is a cloakroom and storage cupboard. The first floor features a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and shared bathroom with shower over a full-sized bath. All towels and bedding supplied. Outside is a patio with picnic table with westerly views over the fishing pond and the Lincolnshire Wolds.
